1. PURPOSE

ShootingSet.com is a marketplace connecting production houses, filmmakers, Vendors, Buyers, Renters, service providers, logistics providers, creative professionals, collectors and other participants in the film and entertainment industry.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how physical products, rental assets, props, costumes, equipment, production materials and other eligible physical items may be delivered through or in connection with ShootingSet.com.

Because ShootingSet supports different types of film-industry transactions, delivery arrangements may vary significantly depending on the:

  1. Product;
  2. Vendor;
  3. Buyer or Renter;
  4. Location;
  5. Size and weight;
  6. Fragility;
  7. Rental period;
  8. Delivery distance;
  9. Transportation method;
  10. Production requirements;
  11. Insurance requirements;
  12. Domestic or international destination; and
  13. Applicable laws.

2. SCOPE

This Policy may apply to:

  1. Products purchased through ShootingSet;
  2. Props;
  3. Costumes;
  4. Film equipment;
  5. Production materials;
  6. Furniture and set assets;
  7. Vehicles and production transport assets;
  8. Collectibles and memorabilia;
  9. Rental equipment and assets;
  10. Large or oversized production assets; and
  11. Other physical items for which delivery or transportation has been arranged.

This Policy does not automatically govern:

  1. Location bookings;
  2. Talent or crew services;
  3. Purely digital products;
  4. Virtual services;
  5. Services performed at the Buyer’s location;
  6. Auction transactions where separate delivery terms apply; or
  7. Transactions governed by a separate written logistics agreement.

3. SHOOTINGSET’S ROLE

ShootingSet may provide technology and marketplace facilities that allow Users to arrange delivery between Buyers, Renters, Vendors, Owners, production houses and logistics providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ShootingSet does not automatically act as the:

  1. Seller;
  2. Manufacturer;
  3. Owner;
  4. Carrier;
  5. Courier;
  6. Freight forwarder;
  7. Customs broker;
  8. Insurance company; or
  9. Transportation operator

for third-party transactions.

The responsibilities of each party depend on the applicable transaction terms.

4. DELIVERY OPTIONS

Depending on the transaction, delivery may be arranged through:

  1. Vendor delivery;
  2. Buyer/Renter pickup;
  3. Third-party courier;
  4. Logistics company;
  5. Freight carrier;
  6. Specialized film-transport provider;
  7. Vehicle transporter;
  8. Local delivery service;
  9. Dedicated production transport;
  10. ShootingSet-arranged logistics; or
  11. Another mutually agreed method.

The available delivery option may be displayed during checkout or arranged separately between the parties.

5. DELIVERY INFORMATION

Before confirming an order, the Buyer or Renter may be required to provide accurate delivery information, including where applicable:

  1. Full name;
  2. Company or production-house name;
  3. Delivery address;
  4. Contact person;
  5. Mobile number;
  6. Email address;
  7. Pin code;
  8. Building or premises information;
  9. Production location;
  10. Site contact;
  11. Access instructions;
  12. Delivery date;
  13. Delivery time window; and
  14. Special handling requirements.

The User is responsible for ensuring that the information supplied is accurate and complete.

6. DELIVERY LOCATION

The delivery address should be a location where the recipient is authorized and reasonably able to receive the shipment.

Depending on the product, delivery may be made to:

  1. Residential address;
  2. Office;
  3. Production office;
  4. Studio;
  5. Shooting location;
  6. Warehouse;
  7. Event location;
  8. Workshop;
  9. Authorized representative; or
  10. Another approved location.

Certain products may require delivery to a suitable commercial or controlled-access location.

7. PRODUCTION LOCATION DELIVERY

Film and television production locations can change frequently.

If delivery is required to a shooting location, the Buyer or Renter should provide accurate:

  1. Location address;
  2. GPS/location information where requested;
  3. Site contact;
  4. Gate or entry details;
  5. Parking/loading instructions;
  6. Permitted delivery time;
  7. Security requirements; and
  8. Any required access permissions.

The recipient is responsible for ensuring that the logistics provider can legally and practically access the location.

8. DELIVERY DATE

The estimated delivery date displayed on the platform or communicated by the Vendor is generally an estimate unless expressly confirmed as a guaranteed delivery commitment.

Delivery may be affected by:

  1. Product availability;
  2. Vendor processing time;
  3. Courier capacity;
  4. Traffic;
  5. Weather;
  6. Transport restrictions;
  7. Public holidays;
  8. Production-site access;
  9. Customs;
  10. Regulatory requirements;
  11. Force majeure; or
  12. Other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. RENTAL DELIVERY

Rental transactions require additional coordination because delivery is connected to the rental period.

Where applicable, the agreed rental period may begin:

  1. Upon delivery;
  2. Upon handover;
  3. Upon pickup;
  4. At a specified date and time; or
  5. According to the rental agreement.

The applicable transaction terms will determine when the Renter’s rental obligations begin.

10. RENTAL DELIVERY AND RETURN ARE DIFFERENT

Delivery of a rented asset to the Renter does not automatically determine the procedure for returning that asset.

Rental return requirements may include:

  1. Pickup by the Owner;
  2. Renter-arranged transportation;
  3. Delivery to the Owner’s premises;
  4. Delivery to a designated warehouse;
  5. Specialized transportation; or
  6. Another agreed method.

The applicable rental terms will govern.

11. DELIVERY CHARGES

Shipping or delivery charges may depend on factors including:

  1. Distance;
  2. Product size;
  3. Product weight;
  4. Number of items;
  5. Delivery urgency;
  6. Vehicle type;
  7. Labour requirements;
  8. Loading/unloading requirements;
  9. Fragility;
  10. Special handling;
  11. Insurance;
  12. Fuel or transportation costs;
  13. Tolls;
  14. Parking;
  15. Waiting time;
  16. Remote-location access; and
  17. International logistics requirements.

Applicable charges should be disclosed before confirmation wherever reasonably practicable.

12. DISTANCE-BASED DELIVERY

Where delivery charges are calculated based on distance, ShootingSet or its logistics partner may calculate the applicable distance using available mapping, routing or logistics technology.

The final charge may differ from a simple straight-line distance calculation because actual road routes, access restrictions and transportation requirements may affect the cost.

13. WAITING AND LOADING CHARGES

Additional charges may apply where a delivery vehicle or logistics provider is required to wait beyond a reasonable loading or unloading period.

Examples include:

  1. Production-site delays;
  2. Security clearance delays;
  3. Lack of access;
  4. Recipient unavailable;
  5. Loading-area congestion;
  6. Incorrect address;
  7. Lack of loading assistance; or
  8. Other circumstances attributable to the recipient or requesting party.

Any applicable charges should be communicated where reasonably practicable.

14. LARGE, HEAVY OR OVERSIZED ITEMS

Certain ShootingSet products cannot be delivered through ordinary parcel services.

Examples include:

  1. Large props;
  2. Set pieces;
  3. Furniture;
  4. Film machinery;
  5. Generators;
  6. Lighting equipment;
  7. Camera equipment packages;
  8. Large sculptures;
  9. Movie vehicles;
  10. Trailers;
  11. Heavy production equipment; and
  12. Oversized structures.

Such items may require:

  1. Dedicated vehicles;
  2. Mini-trucks;
  3. Trucks;
  4. Hydraulic equipment;
  5. Loading equipment;
  6. Skilled handlers;
  7. Special packaging; or
  8. Special permits.

Additional charges may apply.

15. FRAGILE ITEMS

Fragile items may require special handling.

Examples include:

  1. Glass props;
  2. Artwork;
  3. Antique items;
  4. Collectibles;
  5. Delicate costumes;
  6. Cameras;
  7. Lenses;
  8. Lighting equipment;
  9. Special-effect equipment; and
  10. Other sensitive production assets.

The Vendor or logistics provider may specify special packaging and handling requirements.

16. HIGH-VALUE ITEMS

High-value products or rental assets may be subject to additional delivery safeguards.

These may include:

  1. Identity verification;
  2. Delivery confirmation;
  3. Signature requirement;
  4. OTP verification;
  5. Photographic evidence;
  6. Serial-number verification;
  7. Authorized-recipient verification;
  8. Special transportation;
  9. Insurance requirements; or
  10. Other reasonable security measures.

17. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Depending on the transaction, delivery may be confirmed through:

  1. Recipient signature;
  2. OTP;
  3. App confirmation;
  4. Electronic acknowledgement;
  5. Delivery photograph;
  6. Courier tracking;
  7. GPS or logistics record;
  8. Vendor confirmation; or
  9. Other reasonable evidence.

Delivery confirmation may be used to establish the date and time of handover.

18. AUTHORIZED RECIPIENT

The Buyer or Renter may nominate an authorized person to receive a product or rental asset.

The recipient may be required to provide:

  1. Name;
  2. Contact information;
  3. Identification;
  4. OTP;
  5. Authorization confirmation; or
  6. Other reasonable information.

Once delivery has been properly completed to an authorized recipient, responsibility for the product may transfer according to the applicable transaction terms.

19. FAILURE TO RECEIVE DELIVERY

If the recipient is unavailable, delivery may be:

  1. Rescheduled;
  2. Returned to the Vendor;
  3. Held temporarily;
  4. Sent to an alternative location; or
  5. Cancelled,

depending on the circumstances and applicable transaction terms.

Additional delivery or rescheduling costs may apply where the failure is attributable to the recipient.

20. INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

The Buyer or Renter is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes:

  1. Delay;
  2. Failed delivery;
  3. Additional transportation;
  4. Return to Vendor; or
  5. Reshipment,

the responsible party may be charged reasonable additional costs where disclosed and legally permissible.

21. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

A request to change the delivery address after an order has been dispatched may not always be possible.

Changes may result in:

  1. Additional delivery charges;
  2. New delivery date;
  3. Route changes;
  4. Cancellation of the existing shipment; or
  5. New logistics arrangements.

The change will be subject to Vendor and logistics-provider approval.

22. DELIVERY TO REMOTE LOCATIONS

Additional charges or special arrangements may apply for delivery to:

  1. Remote areas;
  2. Forest or rural locations;
  3. Mountain locations;
  4. Restricted-access locations;
  5. Beaches;
  6. Private estates;
  7. Industrial areas;
  8. Large studio complexes; or
  9. Other difficult-to-access locations.

The requesting party may be required to arrange access permissions or suitable transport.

23. ACCESS PERMISSIONS

The Buyer or Renter is responsible for obtaining necessary permission to receive deliveries at:

  1. Private properties;
  2. Film studios;
  3. Government premises;
  4. Hotels;
  5. Airports;
  6. Railway premises;
  7. Restricted production locations;
  8. Events; or
  9. Other controlled locations.

ShootingSet does not guarantee access to a location merely because a delivery has been booked.

24. FAILED DELIVERY

A delivery may be treated as failed where:

  1. The recipient is unavailable;
  2. The address is incorrect;
  3. Access is denied;
  4. Required documents are unavailable;
  5. Required permits are missing;
  6. The location is inaccessible;
  7. The recipient refuses delivery;
  8. The shipment cannot legally be delivered; or
  9. Other circumstances prevent completion.

The resulting cancellation, rescheduling, return or additional cost will depend on the circumstances and applicable transaction terms.

25. DELIVERY DELAYS

ShootingSet may provide estimated delivery information but does not guarantee a specific delivery time unless expressly confirmed as a guaranteed service.

Users should therefore avoid relying on an estimated delivery time for critical production requirements without appropriate contingency planning.

This is particularly important for:

  1. Shooting schedules;
  2. Live events;
  3. Outdoor productions;
  4. Celebrity appearances;
  5. International productions;
  6. Time-sensitive equipment; and
  7. Location-dependent production activities.

26. PRODUCTION DELAYS

ShootingSet is not automatically responsible for production losses caused by a delayed third-party delivery.

Users should consider appropriate contingency arrangements for important production requirements.

Any limitation of liability remains subject to applicable law and the Master Terms & Conditions.

27. DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY

If a product arrives visibly damaged, the recipient should, where reasonably possible:

  1. Photograph the package before opening;
  2. Photograph the shipping label;
  3. Photograph the packaging;
  4. Photograph the damaged product;
  5. Record any visible damage on the delivery acknowledgement;
  6. Avoid using or repairing the product; and
  7. Notify ShootingSet or the Vendor promptly.

Failure to document damage may make investigation more difficult, although it does not automatically eliminate any legal right or remedy.

28. DELIVERY INSPECTION

For high-value, fragile or rental assets, the recipient may be expected to inspect the product at delivery.

The inspection may include:

  1. Physical condition;
  2. Quantity;
  3. Accessories;
  4. Serial numbers;
  5. Visible damage;
  6. Functional condition where practical; and
  7. Packaging condition.

For complex equipment, a more detailed inspection may be required.

29. DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE

Signing a delivery document or accepting a package generally confirms receipt.

It does not necessarily mean that the recipient has waived rights relating to:

  1. Hidden damage;
  2. Latent defects;
  3. Incorrect product;
  4. Missing components; or
  5. Other legally protected claims.

Such issues should be reported promptly after discovery.

30. SHIPPING TRACKING

Where a tracking facility is available, the Buyer or Renter may receive:

  1. Tracking number;
  2. Courier information;
  3. Shipment status;
  4. Estimated delivery date; and
  5. Delivery confirmation.

Tracking information may be supplied by an external logistics provider and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate.

31. THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS PROVIDERS

ShootingSet may use third-party logistics providers.

Their services may be subject to:

  1. Their operating terms;
  2. Serviceable-area restrictions;
  3. Weight and size restrictions;
  4. Delivery schedules;
  5. Security procedures;
  6. Insurance conditions; and
  7. Applicable transportation laws.

ShootingSet may not control every aspect of a third-party carrier’s operations.

32. VENDOR DELIVERY

Where the Vendor is responsible for delivery, the Vendor must comply with the applicable transaction terms and applicable laws.

The Vendor is generally responsible for:

  1. Proper packaging;
  2. Accurate dispatch information;
  3. Timely handover to the carrier;
  4. Product documentation;
  5. Appropriate delivery instructions; and
  6. Cooperation in resolving delivery problems.

33. BUYER PICKUP

Some products may be available only for pickup.

Pickup may be required for:

  1. Large props;
  2. Vehicles;
  3. Heavy equipment;
  4. Location-specific assets;
  5. Fragile items;
  6. Certain rental equipment; or
  7. Items for which shipping is impractical.

The pickup location and timing will be communicated through the transaction process.

34. PICKUP BY AUTHORIZED PERSON

Where a Buyer or Renter sends another person for pickup, that person may be required to provide authorization and identification.

The Vendor may refuse handover where reasonable verification cannot be completed.

35. VEHICLE DELIVERY

Vehicles used in productions may require specialized transportation.

Depending on the vehicle, delivery may involve:

  1. Driving the vehicle to the destination;
  2. Transport by carrier;
  3. Flatbed transport;
  4. Trailer transport;
  5. Specialized vehicle transporter; or
  6. Another agreed method.

The applicable transaction terms should specify responsibility for fuel, permits, insurance, drivers, tolls and other related costs.

36. VEHICLE DOCUMENTATION

Where legally required, vehicles may require appropriate documentation before transportation or use.

Depending on the transaction, this may include:

  1. Registration;
  2. Insurance;
  3. Permit;
  4. Fitness certification;
  5. Pollution certificate;
  6. Ownership/authorization documents;
  7. Driver documentation; and
  8. Other legally required records.

ShootingSet does not guarantee that a listed vehicle is legally usable for every intended purpose.

37. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International delivery may involve:

  1. Customs clearance;
  2. Import/export documentation;
  3. Duties;
  4. Taxes;
  5. Restricted-item rules;
  6. Customs inspections;
  7. Carrier restrictions;
  8. Country-specific regulations; and
  9. Currency conversion.

International delivery times may therefore be longer and less predictable than domestic delivery.

38. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT RESPONSIBILITY

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the Buyer or designated importer may be responsible for complying with applicable import requirements.

Depending on the transaction, the Buyer may be responsible for:

  1. Customs duties;
  2. Import taxes;
  3. Brokerage fees;
  4. Clearance charges;
  5. Documentation; and
  6. Other government charges.

The exact allocation should be confirmed before an international transaction is completed.

39. PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED ITEMS

ShootingSet may restrict or prohibit shipping of items that are:

  1. Illegal;
  2. Hazardous;
  3. Dangerous;
  4. Restricted by transportation law;
  5. Subject to special permits;
  6. Restricted by customs;
  7. Prohibited by a logistics provider; or
  8. Otherwise unsuitable for ordinary transportation.

Certain props that resemble weapons, explosives or hazardous devices may require special handling or may be prohibited from shipment.

40. SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE

Users must not request shipment of any item in a manner that violates:

  1. Applicable law;
  2. Transportation rules;
  3. Customs requirements;
  4. Safety standards;
  5. Carrier restrictions; or
  6. Government requirements.

ShootingSet may cancel, restrict or hold a shipment where reasonably necessary for safety, legal or compliance reasons.

41. PACKAGING

The Vendor or shipping party should use packaging reasonably appropriate for the product.

Packaging requirements may vary according to:

  1. Fragility;
  2. Weight;
  3. Size;
  4. Value;
  5. Temperature sensitivity;
  6. Moisture sensitivity;
  7. Technical sensitivity; and
  8. Transportation method.

42. LOSS IN TRANSIT

Where a shipment is lost during transportation, ShootingSet may coordinate with the relevant Vendor and logistics provider to investigate the matter.

Available remedies may depend on:

  1. Who arranged transportation;
  2. When risk transferred;
  3. Carrier terms;
  4. Insurance;
  5. Applicable law;
  6. Transaction terms; and
  7. Whether the shipment was insured.

43. DELIVERY INSURANCE

Certain high-value or high-risk shipments may require insurance.

Insurance may be:

  1. Included;
  2. Separately charged;
  3. Arranged by the Vendor;
  4. Arranged by the Buyer;
  5. Arranged by a logistics provider; or
  6. Not available.

Users should not assume that every shipment is automatically insured for its full value.

44. INSURANCE CLAIMS

Where a shipment is insured and a claim is necessary, the relevant party may be required to provide:

  1. Invoice;
  2. Product value;
  3. Photographs;
  4. Delivery evidence;
  5. Packaging evidence;
  6. Tracking information;
  7. Damage report; and
  8. Other supporting documentation.

Insurance claims may be subject to the insurer’s terms and conditions.

45. DELIVERY OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT

Rental equipment may require additional delivery documentation, including:

  1. Equipment list;
  2. Condition report;
  3. Serial numbers;
  4. Accessories list;
  5. Security deposit confirmation;
  6. Rental agreement; and
  7. Handover acknowledgement.

The Renter should review the equipment at handover and report discrepancies promptly.

46. RETURN TRANSPORT FOR RENTALS

At the end of a rental period, the Renter must return the asset according to the applicable rental terms.

Failure to return an asset as required may result in:

  1. Continued rental charges;
  2. Reasonable loss-of-use costs;
  3. Transportation/recovery expenses;
  4. Damage charges;
  5. Replacement or recovery claims; and
  6. Other remedies available under the applicable agreement and law.

47. NO UNAUTHORIZED DELIVERY OR HANDOVER

A User must not arrange for a product or rental asset to be delivered to an unauthorized third party without appropriate permission.

ShootingSet or the Vendor may require verification before releasing high-value assets.

48. DELIVERY CANCELLATION

A shipment may be cancelled where:

  1. The product becomes unavailable;
  2. The Vendor cannot legally fulfil the order;
  3. Delivery becomes impossible;
  4. The destination becomes inaccessible;
  5. A regulatory restriction applies;
  6. The transaction is cancelled under applicable terms; or
  7. Another valid cancellation event occurs.

Refund consequences will be governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

49. DELIVERY AND REFUNDS

Shipping charges and delivery-related costs may be treated differently from the product price.

Depending on the reason for cancellation or return:

  1. Product price may be refunded;
  2. Shipping charges may or may not be refunded;
  3. Return shipping may be charged;
  4. Reshipping may be charged; or
  5. Other reasonable logistics costs may apply.

The applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and transaction terms will govern.

50. FAILED DELIVERY AND RESHIPMENT

Where delivery fails because of circumstances attributable to the Buyer or Renter, a second delivery attempt may be subject to additional charges.

Where delivery fails because of Vendor or logistics-provider circumstances, the available remedy may depend on the transaction and applicable terms.

51. NO-SHOW AT DELIVERY

If the recipient is not available during an agreed delivery window, the delivery provider may:

  1. Wait for a reasonable period;
  2. Contact the recipient;
  3. Attempt redelivery;
  4. Return the item; or
  5. Follow the agreed logistics procedure.

Additional charges may apply where the recipient’s absence causes additional costs.

52. FORCE MAJEURE

Delivery may be delayed or prevented by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  1. Natural disasters;
  2. Floods;
  3. Fires;
  4. Severe weather;
  5. Epidemics or pandemics;
  6. Strikes;
  7. Civil disturbances;
  8. Government restrictions;
  9. Transport shutdowns;
  10. Road closures;
  11. War or similar events;
  12. Customs restrictions;
  13. Infrastructure failures;
  14. Major technology failures; or
  15. Other force majeure events.

The parties will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effect of such events.

53. NO GUARANTEE OF CONTINUOUS LOGISTICS AVAILABILITY

ShootingSet does not guarantee that delivery services will be available for every:

  1. Product;
  2. Destination;
  3. Date;
  4. Time;
  5. Weight;
  6. Size;
  7. Production location; or
  8. International destination.

Alternative arrangements may be required.

54. DELIVERY TO THIRD PARTIES

Where a Buyer requests delivery to a third party, the Buyer remains responsible for ensuring that the third party is authorized to receive the item.

The Buyer should ensure that the recipient understands:

  1. What is being delivered;
  2. When it is expected;
  3. Any inspection requirements; and
  4. Any special handling requirements.

55. DATA USED FOR DELIVERY

Information necessary for delivery may be shared with:

  1. Vendors;
  2. Couriers;
  3. Logistics providers;
  4. Transportation companies;
  5. Insurance providers;
  6. Payment providers; and
  7. Other service providers reasonably required to fulfil the transaction.

Such processing is subject to the ShootingSet Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

56. DELIVERY COMMUNICATIONS

Users may receive communications relating to:

  1. Order confirmation;
  2. Dispatch;
  3. Tracking;
  4. Delivery scheduling;
  5. Failed delivery;
  6. Rescheduling;
  7. Pickup;
  8. Return transportation; and
  9. Other transaction-related logistics.

These communications may be sent through email, SMS, phone, WhatsApp, push notifications or other available communication channels.

57. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users are responsible for:

  1. Providing accurate delivery information;
  2. Being available to receive the shipment;
  3. Providing necessary access;
  4. Inspecting the shipment where appropriate;
  5. Reporting damage or discrepancies promptly;

  7. Complying with applicable laws.

58. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Accurate product information;
  2. Appropriate packaging;
  3. Dispatching the correct product;
  4. Providing required documentation;
  5. Handover to the carrier;
  6. Disclosing applicable delivery restrictions;
  7. Cooperating with delivery investigations; and
  8. Complying with applicable laws.

59. DELIVERY DISPUTES

Where a dispute arises regarding delivery, ShootingSet may review:

  1. Order records;
  2. Delivery address;
  3. Tracking records;
  4. Delivery photographs;
  5. OTP records;
  6. Communications;
  7. GPS or logistics records where available;
  8. Vendor records;
  9. Recipient confirmation; and
  10. Other relevant evidence.

ShootingSet may facilitate communication and resolution but does not guarantee a particular outcome.

60. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND RISK

The point at which responsibility for a product or rental asset transfers from Vendor to Buyer or Renter may depend on:

  1. The transaction terms;
  2. Delivery arrangement;
  3. Applicable contract;
  4. Nature of the product;
  5. Insurance;
  6. Applicable law; and
  7. Any specific risk-transfer provision.

Users should not assume that physical possession alone determines every legal responsibility.

61. RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER POLICIES

This Shipping & Delivery Policy should be read together with:

  1. ShootingSet Master Terms & Conditions;
  2. Privacy Policy & DPDP Notice;
  3. Refund & Cancellation Policy;
  4. Return Policy;
  5. Rental Terms, where applicable;
  6. Auction Terms, where applicable;
  7. Vendor/Seller Terms, where applicable; and
  8. Any transaction-specific terms displayed at checkout.

Where there is a conflict, the applicable transaction-specific terms will generally govern that transaction to the extent permitted by law.

Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

62. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

ShootingSet may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect:

  1. Changes in law;
  2. Changes in logistics arrangements;
  3. New delivery services;
  4. New product categories;
  5. Technology changes;
  6. Payment or marketplace changes; or
  7. Operational requirements.

The updated version will be published on ShootingSet.com with a revised Last Updated date.
